The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 云梦山上白云洞，洞中石壁，刻有天书，袁公将其传与蛋生，造福百姓，吃了仙丹的三条狐狸，招摇撞骗，偷了天书，从百姓一路骗到县令、府尹、小皇帝，蛋生与狐母斗法，不分上下，终得袁公出手，改编自平妖传，钱运达所言奇趣美，不能反驳。

杰西普莱蒙越来越比马特达蒙强大。不要剥夺女人的自信心，要听她说话，要把她放在眼里心里，不然就是几枪、几下板，终结一切，走自己的路。
镜头语言不错，三个人在橘子园中漫步，劫匪和妻子走的更近，而科技富豪丈夫则一个人走在了后边，这让人对剧情后边的走向充满了好奇？那熬人的一夜劫匪和年轻的妻子会发生点什么？
中國的動畫片還是很多精品的！只要別東施效顰學外國玩3D就好了~
要说缺陷可能只是叙事上还不够绵密，像寺院的情节就有损节奏。在说资源在权力层级链条中的流动，各个叙述单元的视觉表现都很出色，尤其皇帝的形象，表达力度相比《姜子牙》这样更新的电影可见一斑，大概从这里逐渐形成中国动画怪诞甚至偏暗黑的审美趣味（比如被轧断腿、狐妖盗取天书后的乱舞）。
